- Touch “*#” to trigger the access to the administrator menu
- Key in your administrator passcode followed by “#”, or swipe the smart card designated as administrator, or fingerprint assigned as administrator
- Touch “1” to access the Administrator menu
- Touch “1” to Register Admin
- Either a. Key in a new administrator passcode, and confirm the new administrator passcode; or b. Swipe a new smart card; or c. Register a new fingerprint; or d. Register a new face by touching “#”

- Touch “2” to access the Common User menu

- Enter UserID of the user in the form of “xxx”. NOTE: 3 digit numbers were assigned during each creation of user ids.

- Touch “3” to access System Setting menu
- Touch “1” to enter Time Setting
- Press the desired year, month, day, hour and minute. After successfully entering the date information, touch “#” to confirm.
- The new time information will be announced for confirmation.

- Touch “3” to access System Setting menu
- Touch “2” to enter Language/Vol menu
- Touch “1” to toggle the language CHinese/ENglish. Confirmation in the selected language will be announced.
- Touch “2” to toggle the volume of the smart lock’s announced from High, Medium, Low to Mute before returning back to High. After successful toggle, the selected volume setting will be announced.
- Touch “*” twice to exit the Administration menu
- NOTE THAT THIS WILL reset the entire system, and all current information such as unlocking records, user and administrator information will be wiped out. The company will not be responsible for re-configuration or retrieval of loss records. Additional charges applied for re-configuration of the SDL.

- Touch “3” to enter System Init
- A warning message will be announced that all records will be wiped out should the user continue with the next operation.
- Touch “#” to initiate the System Initialization.
- Wait for system reset, process takes about a few minutes, before the screen appears again.
- This setting is to set the time for the bolt latch to spring back after unlocking.

- Touch “3” to access System Setting menu
- Touch “4” to access Advanced Settings menu
- Touch “1” to enter Unlock Mode menu
- Touch “1” to toggle the duration of the spring back from 1 second, 2 seconds, 3 seconds, 4 seconds, 5 seconds, 6 seconds, 7 seconds, 8 seconds, 9 seconds before returning back to 1 second. After successful toggle, an announcement of the selected duration for spring back will echo.
- Touch “#” 4 times to exit the Administration menu
- This setting is to set the time for the main bolts to lock again after unlocking.
- Touch “*#” to trigger the access to the administrator menu

- Touch “3” to access System Setting menu
- Touch “4” to access Advanced Settings menu
- Touch “1” to enter Unlock Mode menu
- Touch “2” to toggle the duration of the delay lock from 00 second (meaning locking will not happen), 05 seconds, 10 seconds, 15 seconds, 20 seconds before returning back to 00 second. After successful toggle, an announcement of the selected duration for delay lock will be made.

- This setting is to identify intrusion attempts on the SDL
- Touch “*#” to trigger the access to the administrator menu

- Touch “3” to access System Setting menu
- Touch “4” to access Advanced Settings menu
- Touch “1” to enter Unlock Mode menu
- Touch “3” to toggle the Anti-Theft settings ON/OFF. Setting to ON will enable the Anti-Theft mode, which would trigger alarm should any strong force is enforced on the Smart Digital Lockset.
- Touch “#” 4 times to exit the Administration menu
- This setting is to change the authentication mode to use Single or Double authentication. Single requires only one form of authentication to unlock the SDL, whereas Double requires a combination of 2 different authentication method to unlock the SDL – fingerprint, passcode, smart card or face.
- This setting can also be set to allow anyone to access the SDL with any passcode, fingerprint, or smartcard. This setting is known as “ALWAYS”.

- This setting is to toggle the Detection of people in front of SDL to ON/OFF.

- This setting is to toggle the distance of Detection of people from LOW/HIGH. Note that setting the Detection Distance to HIGH would mean higher consumption of battery

- This setting is to toggle the Detection of people loitering in front of SDL to ON/OFF.

- Touch “3” to toggle the Loitering Detection mode to ON/OFF

- This setting is to toggle the beeping alarm sound on the SDL to ON/OFF; should detection of people loitering in front of SDL is detected
- When turned ON, a beeping alarm would be triggered if Loitering is detected. A notification would be sent to the registered/paired mobile phone.

- This setting is to toggle the Face Recognition module to ON/OFF
- If turned OFF, the face detection setting would not run, and the SDL would need to be authenticated using either smart card, passcode or fingerprint.

- This setting is to toggle the Face Detection sound module to ON/OFF
- If turned OFF, the voice prompts would not be triggered for any Face related tasks.

- This setting is to initiate pairing of the SDL with a mobile phone with Tuya application over a 2.4GHz WiFi network
- If this setting is successfully completed, any previous WiFi that the SDL had been paired will be removed from the SDL. Only the current WiFi pairing will be preserved.
- Touch “*#” to trigger the access to the administrator menu

- Touch “3” to access System Setting menu
- Touch “4” to access Advanced Settings menu
- Touch “4” to enter Network setting menu
- Touch “1” to initiate pairing of new WiFi network. This will remain active for about 120 seconds. The SDL is in pairing mode when the numeral “5” on the keypad panel is blinking rapidly.
- The subsequent tasks would need to be performed from a Tuya mobile application. Follow the screen prompts on the Tuya mobile application to add the SDL into the mobile application.
- At the home of the Tuya mobile application, touch the + sign on the top right. Touch on “Add Device”
- Touch on “Camera & Lock” on the left menu
- Touch on “Lock (Wi-Fi”) on the right menu
- Enter information of your 2.4 GHz WiFi SSID Network name and password
- Touch on “Confirm the indicator is blinking rapidly”
- Touch on “EZ Mode” to enable automatic pairing.
- The mobile app will start to search for any SDLs that are in pairing mode. This would take about 30 seconds to 60 seconds to complete.
- Once complete, the SDL would be shown on the Tuya mobile application.
- Once successful, the SDL would announced that the pairing is Successful. You can now view the unlocking records, answer Door Bell ringing and perform remote unlocking, create temporary password (one-time or with expiry date/time) from your mobile phone.
- Touch “#” 4 times to exit the Administration menu
- This setting is to delete any existing pairing of the SDL with a mobile phone with Tuya application over a 2.4GHz WiFi network

- Key in your administrator passcode followed by “#”, or swipe the smart card designated as administrator, or fingerprint assigned as administrator
- Touch “3” to access System Setting menu
- Touch “4” to access Advanced Settings menu
- Touch “4” to enter Network setting menu
- Touch “2” to delete existing pairing of WiFi network(s). This will take around 10-15 seconds.
- Once successful, the SDL would announced that the previous network setting has been erased successfully.
- Touch “#” 4 times to exit the Administration menu
- This menu option is to view all the unlocking records within the SDL.
- NOTE that the SDL would keep up to 512 unlocking records only. Once it’s over the capacity, the old records will be overwritten.
- Touch “*#” to trigger the access to the administrator menu
- Key in your administrator passcode followed by “#”, or swipe the smart card designated as administrator, or fingerprint assigned as administrator
- Touch “4” to access Record/Count menu
- Touch “8” to scroll down the list of records
- Touch “2” to scroll up the list of records.
- The information displayed would be the UserID, the access method (Face, Smart Card, Fingerprint(FP) or Passcode)
- Touch “#” 2 times to exit the Administration menu
- This menu option is to view the number of administrator and number of users registered on the SDL
- This would give a summary of how many has been used, and what remaining capacity is there for both administrator and common users.
- Touch “*#” to trigger the access to the administrator menu
- Key in your administrator passcode followed by “#”, or swipe the smart card designated as administrator, or fingerprint assigned as administrator
- Touch “4” to access Record/Count menu
- Touch “2” to access Statistic menu
- Touch “1” to view the Count of Administrator or Touch “2” to view the Count of Users.
- The information displayed would be the number of user registered using fingerprint, passcode, smart card or face
- Touch “#” 3 times to exit the Administration menu
- This menu option is to view the version info of the SDL.
- Touch “*#” to trigger the access to the administrator menu

- Touch “4” to access Record/Count menu
